Acceptance of Terms
By using NailTheTime (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Service Description
NailTheTime is a scheduling tool that helps groups find the best meeting time. We provide AI-assisted poll creation, group voting, calendar integration, video conferencing setup, and calendar invite delivery.
Accounts and Authentication
Poll hosts authenticate via email magic links. No passwords are stored. When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Microsoft, Zoom), you authorize NailTheTime to access specific features of those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any connected account at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse protections
- Impersonate other people or organizations
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
AI Assistant
NailTheTime uses an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude to help create polls. The AI assists with scheduling tasks only. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming poll details before sharing.
Calendar and Video Integrations
When you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, NailTheTime accesses these services on your behalf using OAuth tokens. We use these integrations solely to check availability, create calendar events, and generate video meeting links. You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or directly through the third-party provider.
Poll Data and Participant Information
As a poll host, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to share the poll link with participants. Participant names and email addresses provided during voting are used only to deliver calendar invites. Poll data is automatically deleted 90 days after the poll deadline.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
NailTheTime is not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, failed calendar invites, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 during beta).
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
